Foyers Lodge is a small, family owned and managed boutique hotel in the Scottish Highlands. Owners Anna & Phil live on site and along with their small team look forward to looking after you.

Please find below a number of topics you may have questions about which are not covered in our terms. Our full terms including our cancellation policies are available here

Access
The front door to the lodge is closed at 23:00. We do not have a night porter and guests will not be provided with a key for the front door. If you require a 24/7 service, a larger hotel in Inverness may be more suitable for your needs.

The Executive Suite, located at the rear of the property, has a separate entrance for which guests will be provided with their own key and may come and go at any time.

Accessibility
All our guest bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed via a staircase, there is no lift. Many of the doorways throughout the building are not wide enough for wheelchair access and therefore Foyers Lodge is not accessible.

The Executive Suite is located on the ground floor and could be suitable for some with limited mobility, however, it is not accessible.

Air Conditioning
There is no air conditioning at Foyers Lodge. Windows in the guest bedrooms can be opened for fresh air and on the rare few nights of the year it may be required, we can provide a fan on request.

Availability
You can make your reservation by clicking ‘Book Your Stay’. There is a minimum 2 night stay policy in place however, occasionally single night stays are available. Please use the calendar to enter your required dates, if a single night is available you’ll be able to book it online, we cannot offer them by request. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the reservation total will be charged at the time of booking. Payment of the balance will be taken at check-out.

All our rooms, including The Executive Suite, have a maximum capacity of two adults, rates include breakfast. We do not have fold away beds or any interconnecting rooms.

We accept bookings for groups of up to 4 adults.

Please ensure you book the correct room for your requirements, they are not allocated. Full details are available for each room including the amenities, views available and the size in square metres here

If no availability is showing, we’ll either be fully booked or closed. We work an 11 day on, 3 day off schedule throughout the year to ensure our team have a fair work/life balance, as such, we’re closed every other Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday night.

We operate a waiting list, so if you have specific dates you’d like to stay which are showing as fully booked, please e-mail us at reservations@foyerslodge.co.uk with your request and we’ll contact you if we get a cancellation.
