Rooms 1 - 6


 
 

1. Children

We do not accommodate infants or children under the age of 18. We will not accept your booking or check you in upon arrival if you or anyone else in your party are under the age of 18.

2. Food & Beverages

Tables for dinner are available in the Dining Room from 18:30-20:15. Please confirm which nights and at what time you’d like to eat and let us know of any dietary requirements in advance. Note, any tables unclaimed by resident guests at the time of booking will be made available to non-residents two weeks in advance of the arrival date. There is a minimum £38.00 per person charge for dinner. If you book a table and cancel after 14:00 on the day, the two course minimum charge will be applicable per person.

Any hot food that has not been purchased at Foyers Lodge cannot be consumed anywhere on the premises.

Foyers Lodge is licensed to sell alcohol. Only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed here unless you’re paying corkage. The following corkage charges apply to any bottles you choose to bring with you and will be added to your bill:

Wine/Champagne - £25 per bottle
Spirits - £75 per bottle

The consumption of red wine and Port is not permitted upstairs.

3. Timings

Check-in is from 16:00 until 21:00. An early check-in at 15:00 can be arranged for an additional fee of £15.

Please note that we close/lock the front door at 23:00. Entry to the lodge is not possible after this time.

Check-out is by 11:00.

4. Tariff/Payment

Seasonal variations in rates may apply. All bills must be settled in full before leaving Foyers Lodge.

Rates include VAT.

5. Booking and Cancellation

We operate a two night minimum stay policy. Occasionally single nights become available, you can book these via our online calendar only, they are not by request.

All our rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 adults.

Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of valid credit or debit card details (card number, security code & expiry date) as well as a mobile telephone number. A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the reservation total will be charged at the time of booking. Payment of the balance will be taken at check-out.

We reserve the right to alter room allocations in extenuating circumstances.

If you need to alter the dates of your reservation, we will happily transfer your booking to a new date - subject to availability - up to 4pm, 15 days prior to arrival. We can do this on one occasion. Booking dates which are moved may be subject to rate changes.

If the booking is cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), a charge equal to the balance of the full booking amount will be made.

We accept bookings for groups of up to 4 people.

Guests should ensure they have travel insurance in place.

6. Drones

The use of drones around the property and within the grounds is not permitted.

7. Wet Clothing

Please remove muddy walking shoes and boots in the porch before entering the main hallway. If you have soaking wet coats/jackets/outdoor trousers please let us know and we will be happy to dry them off for you in the boiler room.

8. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside Foyers Lodge at any time, this includes e-cigarettes and ‘vaping’. There is a designated smoking area in the garden. A fee of £100 will be charged if you smoke in your bedroom or any of the public rooms.

9. Pets

Pets are not permitted on the premises or in the grounds at any time, except assistance dogs. Please advise us in advance if you have an assistance dog.

10. Privacy

Please respect the privacy of other guests when taking photographs in public areas.

In public spaces films, videos, songs, internet calls and all other audio must only be played through headphones and should not be audible to any other guest present.

Please respect other guests and the tranquillity of the location by keeping noise down late at night.

11. Grounds

We want all our guests to relax and enjoy the facilities available at Foyers Lodge in safety. Please be aware that the lodge is set within a rugged landscape which can be hazardous. For your own safety please do not venture beyond the main lawn area and be aware of the very steep bank at the edge of the garden. Guests agree to take reasonable precautions when walking around the grounds.

12. WiFi

We provide all the necessities for modern living in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible, this includes WiFi which is free of charge. However, being located in a rural setting means broadband speeds may not be as super-fast as you are accustomed to.

13. Damage to the Property

If damage to the property or any of its contents occurs, by negligence or otherwise, you agree to cover all repair/replacement costs. In the event the room cannot be re-let to incoming guests, the cost of their alternative accommodation will be charged.

If room keys are lost, a fee of £20 will be charged.

14. Car Parking

There is ample car parking space available, please note that you use the car park at your own risk. Foyers Lodge accepts no liability for loss or damage to any vehicles on the premises.

15. Extraordinary circumstances during your stay

Foyers Lodge accepts no liability for events during your stay which are totally beyond our control, e.g. destruction of property due to flood, fire, earthquakes or acts of nature; or the property becoming uninhabitable due to irreparable damage or on Health & Safety issues that could not reasonably have been foreseen. In such cases refunds will be at the discretion of Foyers Lodge.

16. Agreement

By booking you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. The Executive Suite

A one bedroom, executive suite located within Foyers Lodge. It has it’s own entrance and stays are for a minimum of 2 nights. It has a maximum capacity of two adults.

2. Children

We do not accommodate infants or children under the age of 18. We will not accept your booking or check you in upon arrival if you or anyone else in your party are under the age of 18.

3. Timings

Check-in is via the main entrance from 16:00 until 21:00. An early check-in at 15:00 can be arranged for an additional fee of £15.

Please note that we close/lock the main front door to the lodge at 23:00. Access is not possible after this time, however, the Executive Suite has it’s own entrance at the rear of the property which is unaffected by timings.

Check-out is by 11:00.

4. Tariff/Payment

You will be charged for your accommodation at check-in. If you purchase any food or drink during your stay, the bill must be settled in full before leaving Foyers Lodge.

9. Damage to the Property

The Executive Suite is furnished and decorated with a multitude of carefully selected items, some of which cost a significant amount to replace in the event of any damage, as such, we maintain a detailed inventory of all contents. If damage to the property or any of its contents occurs, by negligence or otherwise, you agree to cover all repair/replacement costs.

In the event we cannot re-let the suite to incoming guests, the cost of their alternative accommodation will be charged.

If keys are lost, a fee of £20 will be charged.

10. Cleaning

You agree to keep The Executive Suite clean and tidy and leave it in a similar condition of cleanliness to that when you arrived . Any damages must be reported to Foyers Lodge staff prior to departure. If The Executive Suite is left in an excessively dirty or inappropriate manner, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

11. Access

Staff have the right to access The Executive Suite during the working day in order to carry out housekeeping duties, maintenance and/or safety checks as appropriate.

12. Candles

Candles are not permitted.

13. Food & Beverages

The following conditions only apply when using the garden and public rooms within Foyers Lodge. 

Foyers Lodge is licensed to sell alcohol. Only drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed in the garden and public rooms unless you are paying corkage. The following corkage charges apply to any bottles you choose to consume in public areas and will be added to your bill:

In such cases refunds will be at the discretion of Foyers Lodge.

18. WiFi

19. Bicycles

Bicycles are not permitted inside The Executive Suite. We have secure storage on site for bicycles which you are welcome to use. Foyers Lodge accepts no liability for the loss or theft of any bicycles on the premises.

20. Car Parking

Use of our car park is free of charge. There is ample car parking space available, please note that you use the car park at your own risk. Foyers Lodge accepts no liability for loss or damage to any vehicles on the premises.

21. Agreement

By booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
