Our Food & Drink offering at Foyers Lodge is currently evolving. 
 
Our chef, Vanessa, is working behind the scenes on a new seasonal menu, thoughtfully curated to reflect the very best of the Highlands.

In the meantime, we are proud to share that our kitchen philosophy remains unchanged: 

All dishes are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients 
We prioritise locally sourced Scottish produce wherever possible 
Menus are seasonal, considered, and crafted with care 
Dietary requirements are always accommodated with advance notice 
 
Dining at Foyers Lodge is about more than just food — it’s about warmth, simplicity, and allowing exceptional ingredients to speak for themselves in a relaxed Highland setting.
